Party Guidelines

• $50 deposit is required. We accept cash, check or credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted for final payment.
• Refunds will only be given up to 14 days prior to the party date.
• Minimum party size is 10 guests.
• Attractions must be chosen when booked.
• Substitutions are not allowed with the exception of inclement weather.
• One host per 20 children, number of guests must be confirmed 4 days in advance to guarantee the correct number of hosts, tables and tokens.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your guests.
• Party tables and hosts are yours for the first hour of the party unless otherwise noted.
• Other than cake, no outside food or snacks is permitted.
• We will bag your presents for you to open at home.
• We recommend booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
• Due to other scheduled parties, times cannot be changed on the day of your party. Please be prompt!
• Seating is only guaranteed for children.
• Heights and age restrictions apply to all attractions.
• All information is subject to change and availability.
• Gratuities are not included in the party price, they are at your option.
• Party Room is not exclusive unless the party size is 75 or more.
• Prices do not include Sales Tax or Gratuity
• Use of facilities is not exclusive but birthday party guests will go to the front of the line for rides.
